Paddle into your weekend with a peaceful morning paddle on the Gananoque River. Designed as a chance to unplug, move your body, and reconnect with nature, this relaxed guided paddle is the perfect complement to your weekly wellness routine.
Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, enjoy some quiet time on the water, or simply start your Friday feeling refreshed, this paddle offers a welcoming space for all experience levels. We'll paddle at a comfortable pace through calm, sheltered waters, taking time to appreciate the wildlife, scenery, and stillness of the river.
Location:
9-9:30am: Check in, weather/safety briefing, basic skills overview
9:30-10:30am: Slow paddle as a group to the footbridge and back (about 30 minutes each way).
Duration: 1.5 hours

What to bring: Water bottle, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, change of clothes.
Note: Must be able to swim. Must wear a PFD and leash. Must sign a waiver. Minimum age is 16. All minors must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Guides are Paddle Canada certified Flatwater 1 Instructors and are CPR/First Aid certified with Canadian Red Cross.
