Experience fishing from an entirely new perspective. Our Guided Fishing SUP Experience combines the freedom of stand-up paddleboarding with the excitement of exploring productive fishing spots that larger boats often can't reach. Led by experienced paddler and angler Kevin, each trip takes place at carefully selected locations throughout Kingston and the Thousand Islands based on current fishing conditions, giving you the best opportunity for a memorable day on the water. This experience follows a catch-and-release approach, allowing participants to enjoy the excitement of the catch while helping conserve healthy fisheries for future generations.

Tours run in the early morning when fishing conditions are at their best and last approximately 3–4 hours. Each private booking accommodates 1–2 adults, with room for up to 2 children, making it a great experience for couples or families. Prices starting at $350.00.

What's Included

Stand-up paddleboard and paddle, all fishing gear (or bring your own favourite equipment), neck-mounted GoPro to capture your adventure, optional electric trolling motor (valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card required), all required safety equipment meeting Transport Canada regulations, dry bag for your keys, phone, and valuables.

What to Bring

Water bottle, snack, sunscreen, hat, and weather-appropriate clothing.

Requirements

Signed waiver required before departure, participants must be able to swim, and a life jacket (PFD) and safety leash must be worn at all times.

About the guide

Kevin brings more than 40 years of experience on the water, having grown up surfing the coast of Southern California. A certified Paddle Canada Flatwater 1 Instructor, Kevin also holds Canadian Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification and Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross certification. Kevin carries a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card.

Since relocating to Canada with his family in 2021, Kevin has explored the waterways of Kingston and the Thousand Islands by stand-up paddleboard, where fishing has become his new passion. His extensive water knowledge, safety expertise, and relaxed approach create a unique guided fishing experience that helps guests access productive, hard-to-reach locations while enjoying the beauty of the region.
